Visualize: Pathway Analysis

Different types of enrichment analyses are a common follow-up method to determine the functional profile of gene sets. Genialis Expressions links to the popular Enrichr tool that currently contains over 100 gene set libraries, constructed from several sources that include published studies and major biological and biochemical databases (pathways, ontologies, cell types, and more)

Trigger Enrichr analysis from Genialis Expressions

Select some genes of interest by adding them to the Gene Basket and click the ‘PATHWAY ANALYSIS’ button. This will open Enrichr results in a new browser tab.
