View Data Object Details

You can access the Data Object Details page by clicking on a data object name either:

• in the results table from Data Objects tab on the Search for Data page or

• in the Data Objects card from within the View Collection Details page.

The Data Object Details page contains 3 cards, but the contents will vary depending on the data object type:

• Overview

  Displays some general information regarding the process (data object name, URL slug, sample name, ID, contributor) as well as some performance metrics (date and time details, runtime duration and status, which will also explain any potential errors that may have occurred during the analysis). The ‘STANDARD OUTPUT’ button opens the standard output in a new tab and the ‘COMMAND OUTPUT’ button opens the command output in a new tab.

• The Inputs card lists all the inputs that were used in the analysis.

• The Outputs card lists all the outputs that were produced in the analysis. You can view or download most of them.
